Points of Interest
Accomplishments include various work accolades and merits in public service.
I believe most problems in the workplace evolve through the lack of applied standards. Guidelines measuring employees and their productivity fairly and objectively should be in place - these form the basis for a healthy environment. My personal interest in relationship management and the creating of fair and consistent standards and control, led to my interest in Labour Law.
